Wendy Wilbur. I have been an April Sound Resident since 1999 and a Keller Williams agent sinsce 2004 About Wendy:
Wendy wants to show clients how much she loves working with them and to help them find the perfect home or sell their home for a great price. Wendy strongly believes that, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” Only after she achieves this level of understanding does she believe that she can most effectively make her experience in real estate and knowledge about the Lake Conroe area work for her clients. Wendy’s devotion to her clients' needs has earned her real results, including becoming a multi-million dollar producer in 2005 and enjoying a 75% rate of repeat and referral clients. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Wendy was the President and CEO of Comp U Tech Corporation, a computer software training company, for 10 years. The management, organizational and business skills she developed in that position combined with an extensive background in counseling created a REALTOR® who has the business savy and project management skills to get the job done. Wendy’s patience and compassion also make the experience enjoyable for everyone involved. Although she is equipped to help all types of buyers, sellers and investors, Wendy specializes in resort properties, retirees, first-time buyers and commercial real estate. In addition to assisting her clients with their real estate goals, Wendy is active in April Sound Church and the Intercessory Prayer Ministry. She also enjoys playing golf.
